BCI is an independent AFM-regulated trading house active on the European market for energy products and emission allowances. In order to be fully transparent and to comply with regulations, BCI reports automatically to REMIT and EMIR.
We are fully MiFID II and MIFIR compliant. With the licensing, we also fall under the prudential supervision of the Dutch Central Bank. We report on the financial progress of our organization every quarter.
